Vase: This is painted using several techniques. Using special pastes, the glaze on the porcelain is chipped off. Gold is placed on top. Other lusters are used to give the different colors. Each time it is fired in the kiln at high temperature. Raised paste is used to add the dragonflies and then platinum or gold is put on it.
Chocolate Box: This porcelain box is finished using dry dusting of paints and fired in the kiln
