Rotary Club of Tempe South   

Tempe South Rotary is "The GREATEST Rotary club in the world (that meets on Friday mornings in Tempe, Arizona)".

We live the Rotary motto of "service above self,"  working within our local community, and throughout the world, to help others. We partner with a number of  organizations through our foundation and boots on the ground service projects to improve the lives of those in need.

Some examples of organizations and projects we support:

- Local park clean-ups

- Partner with Feed My Starving Children to provide hot meals to those in need.

- Partner with Justa Center to help the growing elderly homeless community in the Phoenix area.

- Microcredit lending program to help individuals start small businesses in Mexico.

- Partner with Tempe Community Action Agency to provide shopping serves to homebound seniors. 

- Partner with Tempe Centers for Habilitation (TCH) who provides services that support, care for and empower adults with developmental and physical disabilities.

- Support local nonprofits serving our community in a variety of ways, including: Lily's Pad, Liberty Wildlife, Keep Tempe Beautiful and more!

- Local dictionary projects providing 3rd graders in low income communities with what often is their first book that combines the Encyclopedia, thesaurus and dictionary all in one.

- Partner with United Food Bank to sort food donated which helps feed those in the Tempe area.

- Partnered with Elephantopia to build clean water systems in Africa.

- Supported Rotary International initiatives to eliminate Polio, provide clean water, and medical supplies around the world.
